      主要从事TOR信号通路在肿瘤中的作用及其抗癌药物研究,是TOR蛋白及其信号转导途径的发现和鉴定者之一。
      长期担任美国NIH/DOD多个基金评委、著名的西门子(Siemens)科技及数学竞赛国家级评委、中国自然科学基金二审评委及中国科学院评委。
      拥有国际发明专利3项;目前担任Drug Discovery Today、Current Drug Discovery Technologies、Translational Oncogenomics 等杂志编委;在Cell、Nature、Cancer Cell、Molecular Cell、PNAS、Nature Communications、EMBO J等国际前沿杂志作为通讯或第一作者发表了SCI论文50余篇,被引用超过3500次。
