影像科

  中山大学肿瘤医院影像科在拥有国内一流医疗设备的基础上,以众多的肿瘤影像诊断与诊疗项目、高水平的诊疗技术、优良的医疗服务造福于广大的肿瘤患者。



一、规模

中山大学肿瘤医院影像科现有医、护、技人员124人,其中医生正高职称4人,副高职称12人,博士研究生导师3人,硕士研究生导师6人。技术人员50人,护士29人,登记台工作人员11人。设有CT室、MR室、常规X线放射诊断室以及分子影像诊断实验室。每年接受30余万人次的影像诊断检查任务,在肿瘤影像诊断、肿瘤的早诊、分期、疗效评估及分子影像等诊断研究方面取得了很好的社会与经济效益。



二、设备情况

科室拥有世界上最先进的GE公司宝石能谱CTGE Discovery CT 750 HD)、飞利浦Brilliance iCT 256层螺旋极速CT等螺旋CT扫描机5台;GE 公司Discovery MR 750W 3.0T超导磁共振扫描仪、Discovery MR 750 3.0T超导磁共振扫描仪、西门子Trio Tim 3.0T超导磁共振扫描仪、飞利浦Achieva Tx  3.0T超导 磁共振扫描仪、GE Signa HDx 1.5T磁共振扫描仪、GE Signa Excite1.5T磁共振扫描仪、西门子Espree 1.5T 超导磁共振、飞利浦 Panorama HFO 1.0T开放型磁共振扫描仪共8台;多功能数字化胃肠机1台;数字摄影X线机(DR3台;乳腺钼靶机2台,带立体定位穿刺系统及断层乳腺钼靶机各1台;乳腺超声光散射无创诊断机1台;床边计算机摄影系统(CR2台。

医院还具有全院级的PACS系统包括图像获取、数据库管理、在线存储、离线归档、图像显示及处理、与外部信息系统的接口、胶片打印以及用于传输数据的高速局域网络和远程广域网等功能,并拓展到图像三维重建、多种影像模式融合、计算机辅助影像诊断(CAD)、远程医疗会诊等,已完全实现全院影像科室数字化读片诊断工作流程、全院影像科室电子化管理,诊断报告计算机化,并可与国内多家三甲医院及多家对口扶贫医院、美国MD Anderson癌症中心、美国哈佛医学院实现资源共享及远程会诊。

科室有医师40人,其中高级职称14人,中级职称13人,初级职称13人,拥有博士学位22人,硕士学位20人,博士研究生导师3人,硕士研究生导师6人。科室在读研究生13人。科室护士29人,其中副高级职称1人,中级职称20人,初级职称7人,员级1人。科室技师50人,其中副高级职称1人,中级职称15人,初级职称32人,员级职称2分。登记台工作人员11人。



四、现已开展诊疗项目

1.  全身各部位CT扫描检查及功能成像检查;

2.  全身各部位MR扫描检查及功能成像检查;

3.  能谱CT检查;

4.  早期肺癌低剂量CT筛查;

5.  全身各部位数字化透视和摄片检查;

6.  乳腺钼靶摄片及立体定位穿刺;

7.  超声光散射乳腺成像



五、教学培养体系

  1、住院医师规范化培训 严格按照中山大学制定的住院医师规范化培养制度对住院医师进行培养。

  2、进修生培训 接收来自全国各地的进修生接受影像诊断培训。

  3、临床教学 设有中山大学影像学教研室,负责临床医学本科生医学影像学课程教学、影像专业班教学、临床各专业实习生的实习以及研究生影像诊断与培养教学。

  4、继续教育 鼓励科室医生参与国内外大型学会会议,每年选派12余名中青年骨干至国际一流单位进修培训。要求40岁以下医生均需出国培训学习一年以上经历。



六、学术组织

参与广东省医师协会放射学分会广东省抗癌协会肿瘤影像与介入诊治专业委员会的工作。



七、专著

    共同主编:《鼻咽癌的影像诊断》

参与编写:《螺旋CT诊断学》、《临床实用MRI》、《临床CT诊断学》、《MRI临床医师必读》、《临床肿瘤学》、《中枢神经系统疑难病例影像诊断》等。
